Sheri Berliner of Petraits Pet Photography is a professional photographer who combines her love of animals and her photographic talent to capture pet personalities. Sheri shares her home with a pack of much-adored rescues including: cats, dogs, rabbits and a cockatiel. Although the count changes day-to-day depending on what rescued pets join her menagerie temporarily while looking for permanent homes. Sheri began her career early as a pet photographer by chasing her childhood pets around with an instamatic camera. She has since graduated with a degree in photojournalism from the University of Missouri in Columbia. While working as a corporate photographer, Sheri decorated her home with photos of her animal family. Friends admired her work and encouraged her to turn her love of pets and photography into a business. So, in 1995 she founded Petraits Pet Photography. She has since been commissioned to photograph well over a thousand pets a year including dogs, cats, lizards, rats and horses, to birds, ferrets, bunnies, hamsters and guinea pigs. Since Sheri has a heart for rescued pets, you’ll see many of her Petraits helping to find homes for pets on petfinder.com or 1-800-Save-A-Pet.com Her work has been featured in art galleries, national magazines, The Chicago Tribune, Chicagoland Tails, and on television. Working in professional digital format, Sheri prefers to meet clients where their pets are most comfortable: either in her studio, their homes, or on location. Petraits™ Pet Photography can be reached in Chicago by e-mailing sheri@petraits.com or calling 773-777-2891. If you’d like to subscribe to her daily e-mails featuring pets for adoption ... Just shoot her an e-mail and say “add.”

USBones.com was launched to provide additional support for animal shelters and rescue groups through our Rewards Fundraising program. The Rewards Fundraising program supports our Partner Groups in three core ways: online sales, adoption support, and fundraising event support.

US Bones supports fundraisers through event sponsorship and onsite sales. Let us know of a fundraising event and if we're available, we'll sell our treats on site and donate 25% of the sales back to the group.

Entertain.

DSN trains dogs, many of which have been cast off. Dogs and their owners learn to do cool tricks and put on a great show. Audiences are amazed and leave, smiling, to spread the word. It's that easy. It's that fun. It's that powerful.

Educate.

There are many organizations trying to teach the public about making the right choices for dogs. Our message is also to educate. Our wish is to change the way that message is delivered.

Inspire.

DSN inspires dog lovers to action, and Life's Ruff is our contribution. What better way to show that homeless dogs deserve a chance at life? We help people discover the power to make positive changes for dogs in the U.S.

Act.

We believe that each of us has the ability to improve the lives of dogs one training step at a time. Get active in your community. Rescue a dog. Invest in your future with positive reinforcement training. Be part of the solution.
